What this service is
Migraine Evidence Log is a self-directed journaling tool that lets veterans organize their own migraine and work-impact records and generate reports for their own use. The service:
- Does not provide medical advice or diagnose any condition.
- Does not provide legal advice or claims advice.
- Is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Is not, and does not act as, a VA-accredited representative, claims agent, or attorney.
- Does not guarantee any VA rating, claim outcome, or eligibility.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of every entry you make. You agree that you will not:
- Enter false, fabricated, or exaggerated information.
- Use the service to prepare a fraudulent claim or false statement.
- Misuse the service, including by attempting to access another user's data, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with the service.
- Upload material you do not have the right to upload.
Filing a false statement in support of a VA claim is a federal offense (see 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 38 U.S.C. § 6103). Do not do it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this service are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, claim outcomes, or earnings.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
